A friend drinks these, and can drink room temp or cold and gad noticed that this brand or another are the same ingredients as higher priced drinks like Boost! So if you need supplemental nutrition or haven't eaten and need a quick power boost. Vanilla is good!

Tastes great and does it's job helping you feel full. I read a lot of reviews that said there were pieces of cardboard in it or the packaging was a mess but this wasn't the case for me. I ordered one 4 pack of vanilla and one 4 pack of chocolate and ran them through a fine mesh sieve just in case there was something gross inside (like said in other reviews) but there was not. They have good flavor and there's nothing wrong with them.
