For the record, our favorite birthday cake flavor is the protein bars by Quest. Folks on here left reviews on this product saying it tastes better...maybe they have different tastes than me, but it's not better than the Quest bars in my opinion, however these are substantially cheaper and are doable for a snack when you don't feel like cooking or didn't meal prep. Will keep a box around the house for now, but not sure I'll keep with this when taste is an important factor for continuing use. BTW - Box was absolutely crushed upon arrival and contents were super soft (due to the 103+ degree temps we had during the delivery window).

I usually order the Chocolate Salted Caramel. This product had the same amount of protein & I guess it's a matter of preference. This bar seemed to have little if any taste at all. The bar was smaller than the Salted Caramel & a little harder. I was hoping for a sweeter taste to calm my cravings for sweets but it tasted pretty plain to me.

Sent to college student for when he jumps up 15 minutes before class and doesn't grab breakfast- you know how they do - but still needs to take those morning vitamins. So he can now get his energy start earlier in the day eating a bar and taking his vitamins. These were a surprise delivery and he actualy said "Oh thanks for sending those. They were just what I needed and they taste good".

I've read through reviews and after finishing my first box (with 3 more different flavors on the way), I can say with confidence these are fantastic bars in terms of taste, texture, and flavor options. However distributors and Amazon need to look into the reviews a bit and consider better storage/shipment options i.e. air conditioned or refrigerated storage and shipping. This would almost guarantee the product, getting them melted and deformed should be unacceptable. Obviously, the question of the bars sitting on your porch for a few hours comes up but if they are delivered in packaging that lets the driver know the items are perishable they should take more consideration in leaving them in a shaded place and knocking, if possible.
Would give 5 stars had it not been for the bars being melted and the chocolate being crumby as a result of and making a mess, they're still good.

For flavor it's what I expected for a high protein bar has flavor not the best but it is a protein bar and it will be chewy but doesn't seem to different from other protein bars I have had.
Out of flavors the best one was chewy chocolate chip for me at least it had the more of a flavor out of the 3. However if you are large on the peanut butter you with like it. The deluxe chocolate taste like a chewy brownie for me.
Over all its not bad, good flavor, and not to chewy. I would say get this if you want to try before getting a whole box. Of just one flavor however this is a bit of money you are spending but it is 18 bars you are getting but I am not going to be rebuying for all 3 flavors when I can get one flavor for cheaper price with 12 bars.
