I really like iOtties customer service. My charger stopped working about 4 months in but the warranty period was still active. IOttie replaced my charger at no cost to me and the new one is working great. Every brand will have a lemon once in awhile, but it's how the company treats you when that happens. This charger is more expensive than some others but it's also more attractive in its design and the company obviously stands by it's product so I'll be looking at iOttie in the future.

Now for this specifics of what I really like about this charger. I have an iPhone 8+, so it's a bigger phone. What I've noticed with lay flat Qi chargers, it's harder or shall I say more finicky to get the phone in the best place to charge. With this iOttie cradle, when you set it down and center it with your fingers, it's automatically in the proper charging position. The whole point of wireless charging is the convenience of not having to fuss with it as much and I think this cradle makes that easier. I also like that my phone sits up. When I get a call or need to look at the time in bed, it's already easy to view when I push the wake button.

The gray fabric is attractive compared to any others that I have come across. It blends in well with modern smart speakers that are out now.

This is a great charger for any phone. It is so easy to use. Plug it in just put your phone on it. Can't find your cables, No worries, any phone could be used on this charger.

This product is almost perfect. I bought it because it could charge through thicker cases, and I wanted to charge my phone with my pop socket on it. With the default charging brick it came with, it didn't work with the pop socket on, only in thinner cases/no case. Then I tried it with one of my 20w usb charging bricks and a USB C to C cable - and it worked!

I don't know if the charger is better at negotiating it's power needs or what, but this charger definitely works better with a usb c to c cable and a 18w+ power brick. If you're having problems with it I strongly recommend trying that. While I don't recommend they ship this product with that kind of brick, I wish they would just knock the price down a couple $$ and sell it without a brick and cable and ask you to provide your own like a lot of other wireless chargers do. Still though, not a bad price for the product. Would highly recommend.

Also as a side note - I almost gave up on having a wireless charger at my bedside because of the faint ticking noise they make. This charger was one of the last ones I decided to give a try - and I'm so glad I did. I don't know what it is about the fabric and the casing of it all, but it's so much quieter than any other wireless charger I've had from Anker or any other brand. If the ticking of wireless chargers bothers you, I don't think this one will. Very premium. Because of that and it's ability to charge through thick cases, I'm still giving it a 5 stars.

I use this to charge me samsung s22 plus, the battery level increased from 35 to 46% in half hour(I disable the fast wireless charging function in phone setting). The phone back temperature is 22.8 in celsius in beginning of the charging. After half hours it becomes 30.7 C (room temp. is 20 C). Not hot at all. However when I use it for me wife's iPhone12. After half hours charge the phone back temp. Is 41.5 C, pretty hot! Don't know why.
