W works great great

This unit came packed good and only required a little assembly. First thing I noticed was it came with 2 black brushes attached using some weird kind of fitment. Generally these brushes are color coated to determine what it should be used on. White is soft, yellow is medium all purpose and black is for concrete. I decided to use it on my kitchen floor anyways since thats what this unit is being sold on. Big mistake. I now have a ton of huge gashes in my laminate flooring from this unit. Letting it go didn't clean the floor at all, so I had to push down on the handle to give it some more force and then it started to clean. When I was done I noticed my floor was nice and white, with hundreds of huge (2-4 inch) black marks. I got down on my hands and knees and inspected the marks and it auctally went through my flooring to the point I could feel the cuts on the bare skin and didn't even need to use my fingernail.

For what it's worth the unit is probbly a good deal with the 90 bucks or so considering the next step up is 3 times the price. The unit should of came with 2 yellow General purpose medium strength brushes not black firm brushes for what it's being marketed as.
Personally ill be going back to using my polisher I bought from Harbor freight ($40) and yellow brush purchased from ebay ($20) to clean my floors in the future.

I had a huge wax buildup on my floor, this made it much easier to remove and get them back to the original color. The pads are a little confusing to put on at first. But once you figure out it's okay. Wish they had better instructions for that though. But for the money you can't go wrong.

This product leaves my floor shiny. I had always had trouble making my floor clean it always looked dirty even after cleaning, but this leave no dirt and no streaks.
