Great case overall. Very sturdy glass and good metal structure. Looks and feels like a piece of lab equipment. Comes well packed and is very easy to build in. You can take off 5 of the 6 sides and work on it much like a test bench. You can swap around the sides very easily and rotate the front panel 90 degrees to face the side. There is nothing micro about this case however. As another reviewer pointed out, it takes up a lot of space and is better for someone who wants to build something full sized, but not a tower.

My one complaint is the stock 200mm fan. It is too weak and set too low in the case to be functional. It definitely looks the part, but failed to properly vent air through the PC when gaming leading to a concerning buildup of hot air in the case around the GPU and CPU. There was so much buildup that the glass around the GPU would become very hot to the touch. I replaced the 200mm up front and the off-brand 140mm fan I had on the back with 3 Noctua Redux nf-s12b 120mm fans. These are pricey but specifically designed to move air through a case (instead of just cooling the air in front of the fan). I used two in the front to pull in fresh air and one in the back to pull hot air out. This completely solved any heat buildup and the new fans run much quieter.

Thermaltake could have used a better fan or just lowered the price of the case and not included one. This is a great case and very affordable but required another $50 on air cooling to get it to work at safe temps. You can air cool this all glass insulated cube. It is completely possible, but it requires a specialized solution. Would still highly recommend it with that caveat.

Beautiful case, pictures I took really aren't all that great of a representation. The orientation can fit either a vertical or horizontal platform. I turned mine vertical. This does NOT come with the TT 200mm rgb fan, so I bought one separately and on a sidenote I'd recommend against it. Fan is not that great and regardless of the space there is for cables in this, there were way too many cables with the rgb20 to make that install worth the effort. I also had to drill new holes to 'center' the fan after I rotated the case. My ocd would not allow me to have it off center.

I don't want to get into too much of a lengthy review, anything on here can be found much easier on youtube but I do want to say as great as this case is, it is still rather wide and large, almost a cube, and if I had designed this myself I would have slimmed it down a bit, maybe opted for a 120mm fan over a 140 on the back ORRR even cut it out completely (crazy right?!). Been monitoring temps for over a year now and airflow remains relatively good somehow dispite being surrounded by glass, even overclocked my video card without it going over the max 95c. This case would look perfect if it were the same setup but narrower, perhaps even the greatest case of all time. I'd love to do this myself but I don't have the money tools or expertise to make it work. I posted a picture with lines through the side I want chopped. Of course this would impact the video card size as well as the front fan, but with some kind of L connector on the Gcard, or a vertical mount adapter, I think it would be possible to make this work. Should even be able to fit some 140s on the front after alls said and done. Or make the case a water cool only, I dunno. Hope ThermalTake or some expert modder reads this, would love to at the least see someone with the resources make it happen.

I purchased the level 20 MT and im still happy with it. **For anyone wondering, the fans provided are the Thermaltake ARGB Pure Pro fans.** At first glance, this was the perfect case. I did over a months worth of research to find a case that fit my needs and wants and this was the one. I'll start with the positives:
1. The fans are really nice in my opinion even though they have proprietary plugs. (6pin) They have awesome effects and move a lot of air around my case.
2. The "side exhaust" has proven to be a much better spot for "side air intake". While the air is pulled in, it is immediated moved over the components because of the front 3 fans. So you basically get amazing airflow as long as you can fill your intake/exhaust spots. Which, including your 3 provided fans, takes 8 fans. 3 in front, 2 side intakes, 2 top exhaust and 1 rear exhaust.
3. The metal feels like quality material, it doesn't feel cheap.

There are only a few things I would have liked to see change.
1. On top of the PSU shroud you have 2 mounting spots for 120mm fans. These are almost impossible to use if you put a full size atx motherboard in here. Depending on the board, almost all connections run along the bottom where you plug in wiring from your case, fans, etc. The fans almost touch the board and block the sockets. (Would have maybe needed 25mm more clearance from shroud to the bottom of the mobo)
2. Cable management was the most time consuming task because of the flat back panel, integrated RGB fan controller, and already barely any room to work with.
3. Finally, a changable front panel would be nice to have so you aren't forced to have the choking glass. A lot of case manufacturing companies are going for this option because not everyone wants to fill their case with expensive fans to make up for the lost air flow.

Overall, if you want a simple design and are comfortable with managing your cables correctly I HIGHLY recommend this case.

I wasn't sure about this case until I took it out of the box. It looked really great online but totally expected it to be cheap and flimsy but to my surprise it wasn't! It was fairly heavy and very well made. The tempered glass front panel and side panel were super nice and it had plenty of cable management holes to route cables thru to get the best cable routing possible. The included 1 x black 120mm fan and 3 x RGB 120mm fans and controller are awesome! They were better than I anticipated! The case came with a little bag of screws, standoffs, etc...

Pros:
Nice large case with plenty of room to build
Great cable management holes and tie down points
Lots of options for fan/radiator mounting
Decent top panel IO
Nice big basement for power supply and hiding cables for non-modular PSU's
Magnetic dust filters are nice, side panel, top and bottom filter just slides in

Cons:
Space on right half of the back side of the motherboard tray could be 1/4" wider for easier cable management
Does not have rubber grommets in the cable routing holes
Comes with zip ties but would be nice for say a 12 pack of Velcro cable ties
Bottom PSU cover isn't removable
Pads on the case feet are foam instead of rubber. Rubber would be nicer in my opinion

Overall this is a great case and I would certainly reccommend it to first time builders and pro's alike! Great case for the price! Having built in many cases and looked at hundreds of cases for my current build this was the clear choice!

UPDATE: Someone posted a question asking why this case was so expensive. Here's my answer/personal thought.
I purchased this case back in August of 2019 for $99.99 and it's still the same price today? This is a great quality case for $100! Cable management was awesome, came with 3 x 120mm ARGB 5V Motherboard Sync RGB Fans with controller and 1 x 120mm Rear Fan Pre-Installed so if you break it down this saves you at least $50 in fans! So you're really only paying $50 for the case!!! People forget to take into account the fans that come in a case when thinking about the price! I've ordered cases with NO fans thinking i'd save some money ordering them separately and it was ALWAYS more expensive! You do however have to order 2 additional fans if you want to max out all of the fan mounting locations in this case because the top of the case has mounting for 2 x 120mm fans or 1 x 140mm fans or 120mm AIO or 24mm AIO. There are so many mounting possibilities for this case! I had a 360mm AIO mounted in the front and I had 6 fans mounted to the radiator! 3 on the front 3 on the back! Then I had 2 x 120mm fans in the top and 1 x 120mm fan in the back for a total of 9 fans in all in this case! This was a really great case for the money!! Would highly recommend this case! Anyone who says any different must be a first time builder. Hope this helps!

The fans that come with are decent fans but they are a bit loud, but then again there are 3 in the front so it's going to make some noise. It's not a complaint because the airflow is fantastic. I cannot stress enough just how much room is in this thing, it's ridiculous for an ATX case and it has about the room you'd expect from an EATX, it's just insane. It's well built, no sharp edges like a cheap case has, very rigid and pretty heavy. Plenty of drive space and more than enough room for water cooling. Coming from a guy who's been building his own rigs for 30 years, I would recommend this case for anyone.

I guess if I HAD to complain about something, I do wish the cable management side had a bit more depth like my old case. It had a beveled panel to allow for a bit more room. If you do not have a fully modular PSU you will be cramming your cables in pretty tight and it does slightly bulge so I will be replacing my PSU for this reason. The 24 pinner on my PSU is pretty beefy and loomed so I did struggle a bit to slide the panel on over it. The main reason for this is the existing cables for the lighting and front ports are routed directly where my PSU 24 pin cable had to go so it was a struggle to avoid overlapping them. Those could surely be moved a bit and zip tied a little out of the way but I was in a hurry to get it put together lol.
