The chair that is included is very uncomfortable, too many pressure points, but great product.

Assembly :

Assembly is pretty quick, taking with 30 minutes to fully put together. It can be annoying with the provided tubes becoming loose and separating while assembling. Stretching the material over the tubes requires some pulling for a tight fit. The zipper feels very cheap, especially on the back side so have PATIENCE when zipping.

STEAMER :

Provided steamer takes a little over two water plastic bottles. It's as simple as plug in and turn the dial. Make sure there is a tight seal between the sauna and the provided flex tube from the steamer. When the steamer is on, be careful touching the flex tube as it will be HOT.

COMFORT :

Very comfortable with the provided lawn chair. Make sure the zipper is below the Velcro around the neck for extra comfortability. There is space to relax your arms or place your arms in your lap. There are two zippers in front if you want to let your arms out to use a phone, remote, water, or reading material.

EFFECTIVENESS :

My first try lasted about 40 minutes. I felt the heat on my back when the sauna was keeping its temperature (steamer access is inside on the bottom of the backside of the sauna). I quickly started sweating and by the end of the session I was impressed with the amount of sweat.

OVERALL :

Very happy with this purchase as of now. I can see myself using this often and as a normal part of my training routine. I placed a towel on the bottom of the sauna to increase the life of the material and an easier clean up method.

This review is subject to change as I have contacted the seller; 1st, the five minute assembly is not true. Not because the directions weren't simple - they were( and not because it was hard to figure out what went where because every piece was clearly labeled - I loved that. But because the pieces didn't really snap into place, no matter how hard I pushed. So, at the end of the assembly process one piece would be put into place and something else would come apart elsewhere. It was like my own version of hell raiser where the torture was this never ending proj ct of putting something together and it falls apart again somewhere else. Finally my best friend has to duct tape the pvc poles just so they woul remain intact. Which was smart e
Because, when we got to the part where we had to place the frame in the quilted tent cover, things for really tight at the top: it took us nearly 20 minutes to zip the back of it up the last 5 inches!

Now, on to the part that might change, we are missing the steamer pipe that connects the steamer to the steam Inlet from the structure. This was the most disappointing as, first, the steamer pipe is mentioned in the "what is supplied in the box" but is not pictured with the pieces that were pictured in the assembly portion of the booklet. Thus we went theough about an hour of putting together what should have taken 5 minutes only to realize that the thing could not be used without the connecting pipe, and we had no idea what it looked like as it wasn't pictured anywhere. We had to go back to the items pictured on the order page to see what we were missing, which only added to our frustration. I emailed the seller and am waiting for a response. I am hoping to be sent the missing piece. If I have to take that crap back down and send it back to them I am going to be highly upset. So we can't even say if it works because we can't use it. Which sucks. Besties birthday is Friday so I am hoping to have the missing piece expedited. Honestly, it's the least they can do.

Update;

Seller got me the missing piece out right away. Despite the putting it together debacle, my best friend loves it! Updated rating to 3 stars because the frame wouldn't stay together without duct tape; other than that, great customer service!!!

Love the steam, I just wish that the timer was longer - you have to get out of the sauna to add additional time. The chair - forget about it! It broke on the third time that I used it. Make sure that you angle the steam nozzle away from your body or you will definitely feel it. I would buy again even with the "cheesy" little chair that comes with the sauna. When I do my breakdown, I leave the the sides intact which allows a quicker assembly the next time I use it. NOTE: (1) Place a few towels in the sauna prior to putting the chair in allows for an easier cleanup. (2) It takes a few minutes for the steamer to heat up so I sit mine in my bathtub and let it start the heating process while I am doing my setup.

Unless you want to be taking it apart all the time and putting it back together all the time if you live in apartment. Better wait until you buy a home, keep in the garage or shed and use it when you want. It is compact once you break it down. Product does work as described but it took longer to heat up. Out of the 60 minute timer, It started to really work 15 minutes into it. Chair was very uncomfortable to sit in a still position for that long, especially if you have long legs. It is small inside. You're going to feel like you are seating in the 3rd row of an SUV.
