It really does give you privacy without blocking the light. It is really pretty with the sun shining on it and it looks very nice. We put this on the door of our sunroom so we could have a little more privacy and it works great. I wouldn't say it is easy to install but then I'm not the handiest person ever. The adhesion works great when it is first used but once you remove the protective film off the back, I had trouble getting it to adhere to another window.

I got this window film today and immediately went to work installing it on my window. It looks gorgeous. I got it because I live somewhere very hot and the light from this window would consistently wake me up before I was ready to get up. I have nothing to say on its ability to keep out heat as I've only had it installed completely for an hour, but installation for me was very simple and straight forward, as someone who's done this type of work before. For someone who hasn't, it may take a little bit to get used to, but I adore it.

We shined a flashlight from the back of it after instillation and no light came through, which was exactly what I was looking for. I used a box cutter, an old gift card, and a spray bottle with water as well as a self-healing mat and a see-through sewing ruler to limit as much waste as possible. I still have about half the roll left and I'll be using it on my other window in this room tomorrow. I will likely buy this again or maybe a different design for the other rooms in my home if this proves to lessen the amount of heat coming through. As a privacy screen, this is perfect. Nothing goes through the design. It's like I painted the window black.

Granted I have large windows, but I bought 3 of these and need 2 more for one window in one room. But it goes on super easily and looks great!
Only complaint is that the pattern doesn't seem to match up if your window is wider than the roll I tried to line it up so that it could be seamless but it just wasn't possible.
The reflective colors are gorgeous in the light and I feel much safer in my apartment!

I like the fact that I don't have to put a curtain on my back door in my kitchen. I have privacy, people can't see in and then I don't have a glare coming in on the front door from the sun setting and I still have my privacy and it was easy to put together and it's still up

I just moved into my first apartment and my window is right above my really nosy and really loud neighbors patio, I don't want to be forced to keep my window covered all the time as I want some sunlight in my life lol. These are absolutely beautiful, I did struggle a little to get them perfectly aligned and cut but you can't really tell unless you're looking for it! I'm really satisfied and I love the little rainbows it creates. I did have to buy two rolls because the first one wasn't enough for my larger window, but that's on me for not looking into how much I'd need.
