This is a nice wine key that looks good and feels good in the hand. It has a nice heft, feels sturdy, and is stylish.
The good: It's great for pulling corks. The spring loaded dual hinge action feels really nice and responsive and fits every bottle I've tried it on well--it's kind of a knock off of the Coutale corkscrew hinge. I like the black metal a lot. It's stylish and fits all sorts of service environments. It looks both a little classy and a little edgy, like I could use it for all but the fanciest of fine dining and get away with it at a dive bar too. The worm (I don't think it's teflon coated or anything fancy) is a good length and smoothly cuts through most corks.
The bad: if you're a professional bartender or server this has a few problems that most people won't mind. The knife is kind of a pain to use. It's sharp and reasonably serviceable but comes out a bit of a weird angle for me and means I usually have to use an extra hand (I don't like that.) The worst failing is the bottle opener. I think that here they've sacrificed function for style. The little tiny bottle opener is a bit of a pain to catch under about half the bottles I open. This makes it pretty hard to open bottles one handed behind the bar without looking at what you're doing because you do have to get the thing lined up "just so" something I've never had to do with a bottle opener even the tiniest bit bigger.
All in all, I like this wine key. It's stood up to several months of use at work table side and behind the bar and is cheaper than many inferior products. I recommend it for servers or bar tenders who serve more wine than beer (because of the faulty bottle opener) if they appreciate having a stylish corkscrew and relatively ergonomic corkscrew.

I love this wine key. It's large, bulky, and looks goofy in a restaurant setting, but I work in high volume bars and this wine key makes opening bottles fast and painless. It's not the best wine key to take out for wine service though! I made that mistake once and the guests all laughed at how ridiculous it looks, and I think just by design, it's hard to make it look elegant (imagine dining at a nice place and a server pulls out a pocket knife instead, it's basically the same vibe). This is the one wine key though that hasn't broken, bent, or worn out in a few days while opening dozens of bottles every night. It will inevitably wear out if you use it in a similar environment as me, but I feel like these are the most cost effective for its use. I'd rather buy a few packs of these guys than abuse my more expensive wine keys at work.
