This cutter is heavy and it works so very, very well. It was expensive compared to others I've purchased but those lost their edge quickly and snapped in two. I think this one will last forever and it's cool!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. Previous foil cutters that have come with wine openers have lasted a couple months at best & we end up using a knife. I read other reviews as I was bit concerned about the price. However I HIGHLY recommend this item!! It is well worth the price tag. We now fight over who is going to open the bottle of wine. You'll throw all other ones away & keep your knives in the block where they belong.
