I rarely write a review unless something that I really love it. I order 15.6" all in one full HD 1080P security camera system thru this company "Tonton". The packaged arrived on time. It took me less than 5 minutes to set up, it's really a true plug and play system. My 10 years old son can set up this no problem. There was an minor issue with LCD display, the display did not turn on I have to used my TV to view it while contacting customer service for assistance. Customer service is awesome, they return my call within a couple of hours, they also email and text me with instruction how to solve the problem. One of the ribbon cable that connected to the display was loose during shipping and handling. After disassembled the monitor and re-insert the cable back, the monitor work great. Thank you to Mr. Will Cheng for excellent customer service, you're awesome. Not only your company have best customer service but your products is also the best. I love the quality. picture very clear and the wifi signal very strong even one of the camera I mounted 70ft away from my house and still get very strong signal. I would recommend this to everyone one.

The first thing I must say is that the customer service from the manufacturer has been and still is second to none. Their customer service is AWESOME!!! They've shown genuine care and interest in guiding me through the software and how to get the most out of this system. In some of the reviews I've read there were some people who complained about connectivity issues between camera placement and the NVR. I have had ZERO connectivity issues and my NVR gets the camera signals through brick, a concrete wall and through general house siding. I think that each system will need some fine tuning which customer service will help you with in order to get the best performance from the system. The cameras work great and the NVR works great as well. I'm glad that TonTon provides a great product and backs it up with fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend their products and customer service!

The Tonton security camera system with the 16 inch monitor is fantastic. The product is well made and the video whether day or night is incredible. The Tonton customer service is second to no one. Abby has helped me a number of times and knows her stuff. I am so grateful for the help she provided me. No matter what question I asked she had the answer in a reasonable period of time. I highly recommend Tonton products and customer service.

I bought Tonton system with 4 cameras expandable to 8 and built-in 1 TB hard disk is absolutely awesome. Everything is included. The 10.1 inch the monitor is perfect size. Beautiful color and definition. All wireless (except power). I have a camera on each side of my yards. The connection is as reliable as the cameras indoors. The included instructions are easy to follow . All I had to have was wifi and electricity... Picture very clear and you can zoom in and out.
however two concerns:
1) Time to time I received poor signal between the monitor and some cameras may be due to my house made of reinforced concrete walls and roof, but I managed to overcome and minimize this issue by relocate the monitor in the right spot inside my house and use one good signal camera as repeater to strength the wifi signal for other cameras with weak wifi signals (you can do this through camera setup by right click the mouse). Or you may use the extra supplied wifi antenna which I have not use it until now.
2) The camera has mic (one way only) you can hear the sound in the monitor.. but unfortunately is not clear sound!
P.S.: You can hear sound from one camera only not all on the same time.. you have to select the picture related to a camera from the monitor screen then click on speaker icon to activate the mic of that camera.

3) For mobile application, I have not use it as I have to connect the monitor to internet modem through wire which is not comfortable to me due to the location of the monitor far away from modem and will have hassle with long wire.. I hope in the future the net wifi built-in the monitor so that it can be connected to the modem wireless.

Updating on 17 Novmber 2018:
I changed overall rating from 4 to 5 stars after running the mobile application which was easy to install and I use IP Pro app and all cameras now connected to my mobile, you just need to add I cloud number in the application which you can find it under setup after right click on the NVR monitor screen and you need to connect this monitor by net cable to the modem.

This is a great system. The cameras are clear and not grainy like some out there. This system comes with 4 cameras and you can add up to 4 more easily. It's so easy to set up. The cameras included connect automatically to the monitor and you can add cameras easily in a few easy steps. You'll need a power source for these cameras to plug in. Extension cords are available. If your power source isn't within 5 or 6 feet, you'll need extenders. I purchased some that are 100ft and they work great. You can download the isimkit app to your phone and monitor your cameras from anywhere. Customer Service is in China, but don't let that deter you. I had a few questions and they were answered by Abby & Susan. They have been wonderful and very eager to help me with easy to understand directions. They also checks in periodically to make sure everything is working and that I'm happy with the system. I purchased 4 of these and all are working great so far.
