The item came fast in 2 separate boxes. I have been using it for a few months.
I use the rack for benching and squatting and don't need a spotter. The rack has saved me a few times.
It is a lower cost rack and the paint comes off easily (moving safety bars in the various holes or j-hooks)..
My only complaint about the rack is there are not a lot of accessories (lever arms, leg holder for lay pull downs, cable crossovers).
Overall I have really enjoyed it and I would get it again.

Great Rack, a few considerations

If you want a squat rack, a low-row/cable curl, a lat-pulldown/tricep-pushdown, a pull-up bar, and a place for bench press, then this product will be near the best you can do at this price point (I paid $370+ $30 for a landmine attachment). I already had a dedicated bench press setup, so I bought this for the squat mainly. So far I've had no problems using this for my lifts and I don't foresee any failure points.
The rack came in two boxes with no damage. It was easy to set up and took me less than an hour. I set it up with a friend and he wasn't paying attention and over-tightened some of the bolts. Don't over-tighten the bolts. The steel is fairly soft and bendable. As I tightened the bolts with a small socket wrench, I never reached a point where the resistance felt substantially increased, so you just need to watch. In other words, the bolts won't ever feel like they are getting tighter, and you will need to be careful not to deform the steel. I'd say once you have .25 inch of the bolt sticking out of the nut on the other side, it's tight enough. If you see the steel is just starting to deform/slight bend, you are tight enough, but try to stop before that point.
As others have mentioned, the rack is unstable laterally, i.e. if you push on the rack from the left or right side it will wobble side-to-side. I personally do not find this as an issue, as I do not intend to do anything that requires much lateral stability with the rack. When I use the cable system or use the rack for squats, there is no lateral sway or it is not an issue. If I do a pull-up on the rack, it may shake a small amount left to right under my force, though I can control it if I keep my force even and don't swing. If I try to do a dip on top of the pull-up bar (I have high ceiling in the garage), the shaking becomes too much when I try to balance. I don't foresee the lateral swaying worsening or becoming a problem. Just be aware, and only use the rack as it was intended.
The cable system is good (I added Vaseline and it is smooth). I would recommend getting some different types of grip attachments for the cable system to get full utilization.
I find the pull-up wide grip to be decent for me (I'm 6ft tall), although the close grip positions feel too thin and are not my spatial preference. It beats the door-frame pull-up bar I had been using. If it had a straight bar it would be more versatile for grip width placement, but I do like the angled wide grips.
I enjoyed the attachments, specifically the weight pegs, the j-hooks, and the safety bars. The j-hooks are nice and I really wanted these instead of the peg style holders that some racks are sold with. The spring collars included don't work well due to their design (they stay on tight, but they are hard to take on/off because squeezing the handle does not release the tension in the spring very well. The dip bars are painful to use because they are so thin. Perhaps adding some foam grips from the store would make the dip handles more usable.
I received a choice of free gift with my purchase and I selected a set of resistance bands and straps. They are actually decent and I really appreciate the gift. I also purchased the landmine attachment separately and I think it is excellent for landmine workouts. I bought two horse stall mats ($35 each) from tractor supply company and the rack fits perfectly on them.
Overall great rack and met my expectations. The only negatives are the lateral sway if you want to do anything crazy on the pull-up bar (which will likely happen with all the racks of this same design at this price point), and some of the extras are not perfect (which wouldn't be included with other racks at this price point). Yes the steel is soft, but what do you expect at this price. If you want rock solid, spend more money. If you want a usable home squat rack / cable system, I give full-marks.

I am very satisfied with this purchase and cannot express how great having a rack at home in my garage feels. I researched quite a bit of racks and went between two that I really liked. Both had the same specs and attachments. An added bonus for my indecisiveness was that the orange rack became available and now I have the orange cage with lat cable attachment. I purchased additional cable accessories to go with the cable attachment and it has increased the amount of accessory exercises I can do to accommodate my daily workouts.
It took my son and I about an hour to put it together using the whole garage while it was raining outside with no issues.
I currently use a separate adjustable bench from my old setup with plenty of room inside the cage. Using the 2" Olympic weight plate adapter on the weight holders do not have enough spacing vertically to be able to slide them off quickly without having to remove the top or bottom. I am considering building a platform to secure the cage to and limit the amount of movement I get when I have to rack the weight a little more aggressively when it's heavy.
Everything I mentioned is pretty minor and doesn't stop me from performing what I want, when I want, and without having to tailor my workouts at a local gym.
Good things to note:
Color: Orange
Versatility: Use of cable attachment adds extra advantages of muscle building
Durability: Metal components are lightweight and can hold up to the amount advertised
Structure: Many of the load bearing components interlock and give peace of mind to safety and security of the cage
Setup: 1 hr build time; all components came in two separate shipments within an hour of each other, no missing or damaged pieces, shipment time was 2 weeks
Things to be aware of:
Olympic Weight Holder: Does not have enough vertical spacing between the large 45lb bumpers and smaller weight dimensions
Structure: Cage will shift when racking moderate (225lbs) to heavy weight if not secured to the ground; is not a cause for concern if you rack weights with control
Durability: The steel used is light weight and soft, meaning when you tighten the bolts it tends to warp or dent the steel if you over tighten
Lat Machine attachment: Did not come with any lubrication; consider using mechanics grease to help the weight sled slide freely. The sled can handle heavy weight as advertised however you have to keep the weight proportional on both sides to allow the weights to slide properly or else you get an offset feel of the weight as you pull
Paint: Will scrape off as you slide the safety bars through the insert holes or if you rack above the J Hook, but not an issue if you are okay letting everyone see how much you actually use your equipment
Attachments: Very light having a plastic feel; instead ordered a new metal set; worth it!

#1. My order came in two boxes. Unfortunately the second box got lost but a replacement was sent promptly. Great communication from the seller
#2. You can put this together yourself
#3. It's very sturdy. THE WOBBLE people mention in other reviews is very minimal, less even once the lat pull down is installed and weights added to posts.
#4. If you are using Olympic "Essential Everyday" bumper plates ( $1/lb new i recommend if you don't mind the weight per plate being up to 3 lb under stated weight) you will NOT be able to load them on posts that are above or under each other unfortunately.
If the holes that the weight holder pegs fit in to were spaced just 2" more you could. There's no reason they couldn't be spaced more other than just missing the mark in design sorry. Nothing is perfect
#5. I got on sale for $390 and it's just as good as the $800+ on the market . Forget Rogue cages that cost over $1k with NO attachments, they should be embarrassed. This cage is a third of the price and comes equipped to do x3 as much
#6. If you made it this far, I'm 6' 2" and 190 lb. In addition to the previous mention, this cage is great for most who aren't power lifting. For the everyday guy or gal looking to get into better shape. I don't see myself outgrowing this cage for my goals.
Yeah I have no regrets with this item. It brings me back to my teenage years having my own little gym set up . I'm 31 by the way and I'm putting previous set up to shame. With this cage you will feel absolutely professional and every time you walk into your garage gym or private gym, you will know that you can't fail. You will succeed. Vanswe strong mother lifters.
