From past experience did not overtighten. Quality product. Cable assembly use commons sense and clips to set properly. One cable is short but okay with ingenuity and assembly videos. Love this thing. Have 1-inch non-Olympic weights so using on cable assembly - working out great. Bought Olympic weights for all else - need Olympic bar length for spotter bar. They are giving this thing away because you have to do all the assembly. Love it. Did not install logo plate - made it look worse.

Edit: I updated this to 5 stars after 1 month. The issues listed below still remain in terms of improvements that could be made, because nothing is perfect, but the product itself serves its purpose well. You can throw some decent weight on it, it adds a significant amount of variety to your home gym, and most importantly it's relatively affordable. Again, just understand you wouldn't put this in a commercial gym.

This was simple to put together. Everything was there and the instructions were relatively easy to understand, though it could be improved.

As for the rack itself, it does the job. It holds weight, doesn't wobble, and expands my exercise options.

That being said, there is room for improvement. The pull up bars are a little narrow for my tastes. A 1 inch tube should have been used. Also, it's fairly short for a rack. I'm 6'1", so pull ups require a significant knee bend. I need another 2 feet or so. The accessories that came with it could also be better quality. For instance the t-bar row handle warped out of shape (see picture) upon first use with 90lbs on it. Not sure if it's a metal quality or thickness issue, but I imagine it shouldn't bend on first use.

Aside from the issues above, it's a good rack for the price. I'm not stocking a pro gym or fitness center so it fits my needs. You can spend a lot more for a lot less if you want a rogue or sorinex rack. This gets the job done for a home gym.

Good for the price, but then you get what you pay for. Some parts were bent, which sort of makes the rack a little lob-sided, it's fine when the screws were tightened, but you can tell if you look at it from the front, doesn't affect using the rack. It's one from the top piece, and one from the bottom piece.

Easy to assemble, the length of the cables are mislabeled in the instructions, but you can just use judgement and tell when you look at all the parts yourself. Same with the screws, there were different types included, but more of one than the other were packaged, but still worked the same.

I'm 5'3", so this short cage is perfect. I can reach the pull-up without jumping.
The placement of the weight holders are great, other cages have them attached to the cage itself and it gets in the way.
One side, the plastic piece at the front of the holder didn't let the plates slide on, I had to shove them in, and sand them down so the plates could fit in smoothly.

comes in 2 boxes, a long thin one and short bigger one. Box 2 arrived very beat up, (could be from the delivery itself), but the contents are packaged securely and very well that nothing was damaged from delivery.

Was delivered in good shape and was not too hard to assemble. If you were into Lego's as a kid you'll be fine. The finished cage is pretty sturdy and the cable system works well. I'm a bit taller (6'4") and had to remove the chain from the cables and sit on the floor for some exercises to get a full range of motion. Not too hard to adjust to.

My biggest gripe is the accessories they give you. They are thin hollow tubes that feel fragile when going heavier. The cable bar does not rotate making it difficult to do curls with and the T-bar started to bend and warp as soon as I used it on an Olympic bar for bent over rows; dangerous.

Overall its a good value and I would recommend it. Just invest in better accessories.

I bought the Mikolo Power Cage about a month ago and I'm very pleased with it in just about every way. I did a lot of research considering the different lifting racks available on Amazon in my price range ($500-$600 USD) and the Mikolo rack was the best reviewed, most fully featured and well built at this price point in my opinion. It really has everything I need for the core exercises I do in my garage gym.

The equipment arrived intact and not scratched at all. Mikolo did a great job packing the rack into two boxes. The pulley system feels sturdy, the attachments, while simple, don't feel cheap or flimsy. There is a slight tilt to the floating pulley which sometimes catches on my 45lbs plates, but that could be due more to how my grip weights are designed (they have a series of knobs that stick out farther than most plates) rather than a flaw in the engineering of the Power Rack. I've used every attachment, pull up bar, dip bar, landmine, weight storage, and barbell support and they all function perfectly.

The whole rack feels refined and is not wobbly at all- which is a common complaint about several other competing rack manufacturers. I love that I can buy and use other standard 2" tube attachments without worrying that they won't fit. I suppose the only drawback I found was in deciphering the assembly instructions. They rely heavily on pictures rather than clearly worded directions, and the pictures were too small to see very well, but they were correct! All parts were provided by Mikolo and after I figured out how to understand the directions, assembly went smoothly. I was able to put the whole thing together by myself.

Finally, the paint job (powder-coat?) is durable- I haven't scratched it yet- and the color is a beautiful shade of blue. I love it! I would totally buy it again but I won't need to because this rack is a tank.
