I have been using Htzsafe sensors for almost 2 years and loved them. I ordered a new system because the old sensors got destroyed.
The new system came in and the receiver was defective. I emailed Htzsafe and described my problem. Response was quick and addressed my problem. Within 48 hours I had a replacement receiver. It is now installed and working great!

I replaced a Chamberlain system that was more expensive, battery powered (not as convenient as solar powered) and had questionable build quality (internal component rust leading to failure within 4 months of operation). This system was a snap to install by simply following the instructions. I've only had it installed for a couple of months, but its worked flawlessly so far and outdoor portion shows no signs of wear. I've also been very impressed by the seller's willingness to provide support - if you check the questions/answers section on Amazon, all questions seem to be answered quickly and clearly. I've found all the answers I've needed right there. Finally, getting 2 sensors in the kit for the selling price seemed like quite a bargain. We'll see about long-term durability, but so far I'm very happy with the purchase.

Compact packaging. Installation straight forward. All parts present and spare screws provided. Sensors already have power but manufacturer recommends to plug in to top up the sensors' batteries. The recharging only took just 1 hour (says up to 4 if I recall). Set sensors before installing. Instructions were clear. Installing the bracket was easy and appears sturdy. The sensor just snaps in as its a ball mount to allow the sensor some rotation. Installed on a farm and we have a number of peacocks so it does get triggered easily irrespective of the low/medium/high setting selection (the settings refer to spread/distance of the beam). Wireless signal works. Sensors are between 200-300m away from the house with trees and garages in between, and sensors transmit to the receiver just fine. Found to work in dry, wet and windy conditions so far. Good product

Just wanted to give a shout out for their customer service, those of you who said it was no good should try again maybe something went wrong, I don't see how it could be any better. Having some problems with the sensors don't know why but they are right on top of it, got them out the same day and on their way, no arguments or delays

We got this to replace an old driveway alarm which had finally stopped working after many years of use. We liked the solar battery capability and the small size of the units. We received them quickly, and they were well-packaged and had instructions, including links to videos, on setting up the units. It was very minimal set-up; 7 minutes and we were up and running. We love this set of alarms; living in the country, we know if both alarms sound that we have a visitor and not birds or deer passing. The sellers also contacted us after sale to ensure the alarms were working as desired...excellent support and product!
Update: 6/4/2021 After having a leakage problem with one of the sensors, I contacted the seller to see if we could remove the backing. I received an email that day from the seller, and after sending more information on the unit, we were told that the company would replace it. We received the new sensor in a few days, and everything is up and running well, again. The seller was very prompt and helpful; we highly recommend them--they stand behind their products!
