I bought this to use for frying a Thanksgiving turkey, and it turned out great.
Pros:
"¢It heated 3 gallons of peanut oil to 400°F in about 30 minutes, and kept the oil around 360°F with no problem during cooking
"¢easy to assemble
Cons:
"¢no assembly instructions, but you can guess how to put it together just from the pictures
"¢hard to clean, but any oversized pot will be hard to clean
"¢regulator dial is backwards IE turn right to open the valve and left to close it. We accidentally turned the flame off when we meant to increase it
I would definitely buy this again. Our turkey turned out really good
