Installed easy and works great. Bought for commercial school installation would buy for home!

Like the other reviewer said, it's difficult to find a pre-rinse style faucet which fits 4" centers, especially at a reasonable price. The bonus is this faucet can fit a multitude of centers (it actually goes a bit less than 4" if you need and up to 8" with everything in between. Seems to be well made (either chrome plated brass or stainless)- even the nuts which hold the valve base assembly are brass. The whole assembly is pretty heavy. The plating looks to be of high quality and mirror shiny. There are many pieces & joints in the assembly but I did not have any issues with leaks. The base valves are especially nice as they are very smooth action and do not require much turning to go from off to full flow. Only nitpick is that the hot water valve turns clockwise for on (opposite of cold side). High water flow through the swing away faucet is available if you take out the easily removable aerator. I installed this on my garage utility/laundry sink as I use it for things like paint cleanup, auto parts washing, etc. (as you can see by its crusty state) I'll never go back to a basic faucet. Just installed a couple days ago and I'll see how it holds up.

We purchased a modular home. The faucet was small and useless in the utility sink. Finding a 4 inch spread is not easy so when I came across this adjustable faucet I was ecstatic! It has definitely exceeded our expectations and has saved lots of time whether you are rinsing a mop or bathing a dog!
