Hard to get parts and some components not made well (bed level senser)
Great printer, very versatile.

I was very surprised about this printer. It worked right out of the box (after 10ish min of assembly). The cura profile it comes with needs some work. A quick search of youtube had a few videos with some nice suggestions.
I would definitely replace the plastic extruder before doing any long prints I had it disintegrate 8hrs into a 12hr print. There are many cheap replacements on amazon. Make sure you get a 'left hand' extruder.

I like a bunch of the features this printer has and I feel I got a good value. In particular, auto bed leveling, a heated bed and the simple setup make this printer a great starter.
This is my first personal 3d printer and I've learned a lot from using it.
I recommend you buy spray adhesive for the bed and preheat your bed before prints. These are due to the large print bed having bad adhesion and warping issues around the base of prints, but from what I hear that's common among 3d printers of this caliber.

Monoprice continues to provide a great value for a great price. The printer went together easily and the instructions helped when it was not obvious what went together. Print quality is better then expected for a sub $400 machine and the ability to print most materials due to hot end max temp is a huge advantage over the CR-10 and it's knock offs. Add the flexible build plate and say good bye to gouged hands from trying to pry from the bed well adhered parts with the putty knife. Just flex the plate and the parts pop right off. The only drawback to this printer is the lack of printing profiles for all slicer's. There is currently a Cura profile but if you use other slicers you are out of luck for know.
