I have been using this printer non stop for the last month and have not had any issues with the printer. Only problems is with the files I have used so making sure your slicing software is quality and you build your print accordingly is paramount!

We've had this printer just over a month. Setup was easy but we opted for the online assembly instructions as it allows us to zoom in to ensure proper orientation of the support posts. Printed perfectly with a few adjustments to the Z offset. We just changed the nozzle out due to preference. We were up and running within 30 minutes.

I've been on the fence about getting a 3D printer for a while, but I found this one on sale during prime day and I am not disappointed at all. I've gained tons of knowledge and experience working with this printer. I would totally recommend anyone considering getting into 3D printing to start with and ender 3. They are super easy to work on and there's tons of information and tutorials online to help learn and maintain the machine...

During the final step of assembly I find this. This is unacceptable and now I get to tear the whole thing back down and ship it back. What a joke.
Edit after multiple attempts to contact (some were my fault I had emails going to spam) they say there sending me "replacement parts" but no clarification what the part is. The wire harness is integrated into the base so I don't see this being an easy fix. I'm waiting until next week and if it's not resolved I'm returning this entire machine and going with a different brand.
I ended up getting all the way to staring the return on this machine after being unsure if Creality sent me the replacement parts when that same day they ran a special for this printer for $203. I repurchased the printer and got it in 1 day this time with plans to return the original but the exact same day the replacement parts from Creality showed up. I assembled an actual working unit and have done over a dozen prints in PLA and PETG. The machine isn't without its quirks but I'm pretty impressed overall. Creality will get you parts if you need them but it's not the fastest process. They actually sent me more than I needed. I now have 2 of these but for under $450 for the pair and knowing Creality will back their product I'm happy with them.
