I had to replace my cast iron skillet due to arthritis in my wrists. I cook on an induction stove top burner and these pans work good. The smallest one is the one i use the most because I cook for myself only. The induction burner will flash an error message at times like it thinks there is nothing on the burner, but then it continues cooking so I just ignore it. I think it is because the pan is so light, but that is why I love it so much. So easy to clean! I just wipe it out. I am careful to not cook with high temperatures as that can ruin any pan. I think it is a good purchase and highly recommend it.

Love this pain, but when you measure only the top is 12 inches the bottom is not. I can still use it for what I want it for but just wish the bottom was also 12 inches.

I have a really small kitchen. My counter place fits my cutting board and that's it. So, when I got these as an early holiday gift I couldn't believe how light they are and the non-stick just amazes me every time. I use these about once a day to make breakfast or dinner and I don't know how I did so before, without them. My old frying pan was non-stick, supposedly, but not like this! These copper pans are so nice and easy to clean. I just rinse them right after using them and everything slides right off. Even some burnt egg just slipped right off!

I do notice the handle gets hot if you are cooking something for a while. I use a oven mitt and it doesn't bother me but it might upset other people.
