I bought these as a replacement for Teflon trays. I love them. They're sturdy and each size is useful. I use the middle one to cover my glass lasagne dish in the oven instead of using aluminium foil. Great for drying leaves for tea. Highly recommend
Calling the smallest one a cookie sheet is a bit of a stretch.
