Overall good value for stainless steel baking sheets. Do warp when they're exposed to opposite extreme temperatures, either cool to hot or hot to cool, but go back to being flat when the temperature is moderate. Clean relatively easily while using consistently. No signs of rust.

I do recommend washing before first use - the polish was mirror like, very good for 304ss, but, there was a tiny bit of metal powder residue - like maybe a few micrograms. still, very good product, worth the price paid.
