Super cute, super sturdy, but keep stubbing my toes on the stupid bar right in the front middle!!!

The color is perfect, texture is great! Super cute. I slept like a baby on it. No creaks or squeaks, and it was aesthetically just what I was looking for. Assembled it by myself in about 2 or 3 hours (recommended is 2 adults, presumably so one with better spatial reasoning can look at what you're doing and say 'hi, I think you're building it backwards', every few minutes, so I think I did pretty well all things considered). The ONLY complaint is that one of the support bars is flush with the front middle of the bed. I've hit my feet left, right, and center on that stupid bar and I've only had it for a day! I'll have to wrap it in a pool noodle or a sock for sure, what a pain!! A quite literal pain, unfortunately. But for the money I give it 4 stars, the only reason it's not a 5 is my shattered toes. RIP :,)

Okay, so I open the box and started to read the instructions and it said that it would take about 30 minutes and it recommended that 2 people put it together. I did this solo and it took me 3 hours. I am not an expert on putting things together but I was tired of sleeping on the floor and I didn't want to pay a bunch of money to have someone put a bed together...so I dove in. What took a longtime was decoding the instruction. There was a part that included the "k" screw. The problem I had was there were no "k" screws listed. So it wasn't until I watched the video that I realized that the "k" screw was a type of screw. So I guessed which one to use and hoped for the best. I didn't like the written instructions but the video was spot on. I tore up the written paper and just watched the video and tada three hours later I took a nap in my new bed.

We have cats and they tore up my sofa as a scratching post. I decided to go with metal daybed so that I can use it as a sofa and a lying around watching TV. I decided on this brand and model for the floowing reason:
1. It has rails on the sides and the back so that my memory foam mattress doesn't get moved around or stick out of the frame.
2. It has a middle rail to prevent from sagging in the middle.
Assembly: It took about an hour. It came with stainless steel bolts and all labeled to identify easily. You don't need any tools; it came with a hex bit. The instruction was very clear; just go step by step as the instrcution shows. My wife helped but I could've done it myself. If the bolts is too tight, don't force it. Back it out and screw it again. If you want to be fancy, you can use 'lock tight liquid' to prevent from future unbolting.
I put 6 inch Olee memoryfoam mattress $72 with a vinyl waterproof cover $5. I covered it with Daybed Cover Set $47. I put 3 Serta SuperFirm pilows $8@ to support my back when I sit.
I found this daybed perfect, easy to set up, no squeaks, reasonal price.
