I love these things, I was skeptical as if they would work for me, as I work a desk job and have been having wrist pain, which I assumed was carpal tunnel. Luckily I tried these babies out, and whatever magic that magnet provided worked for me, and now my wrists feel GREAT, any time I start to have issues again I just put these guys back on. They are comfortable to wear, non restrictive, and easy to clean.

They are as described. There is no powder on them or instructions to do so. It made it easier to handle after I put cornstarch lightly over both inside and out. This also helps having a light coating to check sweating and chafing down . The powder washes off easily. Remember to dry them inside out after washing.

These came in a package of four. I have arthritis and swelling in the thumbs where they attach to the hand. The first one split within an hour, but the second one has been good for a couple of days. They have four bb size magnets embedded in the rubber, two inside the hand, and two on the outside. I'm not sure if they help, they are easy to pop out if they are in an uncomfortable place, as one puts sharp pressure on the tender outside of my joint. No problem, because I removed it. I am allergic to latex, and these appear to be free of latex. I've only used them on my right hand so far, because I'm taking classes and take copious notes by hand. My hands are medium ladies hands. I find them comfortable, and will purchase them again.
