HATED THE TASTE and how hard to swallow. LOVED how well they worked. My hands FLEXED WITHOUT PAIN. NO PAIN IN ANY JOINTS. I just couldn't swallow them easily. I tried small sip water before taking, taking with applesauce, yogurt, taking on dry throat. I used all my bottle but they choked me. The taste was awful to me. I eat dry cherry. I drink turmeric. This didn't taste like either. ??? I hope others don't have these issues cause they really work.

I heard tart cherry was good for insomnia and got it with turmeric because I also have arthritis in my knees. My thoughts...... wouldn't hurt to try. Nothing has worked for my insomnia in the past. It is working great for my insomnia!! The first 10 days had some crazy dreams but seem to be normal now. I take it at night sometimes 1/2 hour sometimes right before. I can have insomnia just thinking about insomnia. Have not had a problem for the 25 days I have taken it. I have never had anything work, or gone this long without insomnia!!! It will be a great side benefit if it helps with my arthritis.
