I bought this posture corrector after buying another that I didn't like at all. This one allows you to actually move around and do things. It's comfortable and immediately straightens you up. As recommended, I have only been wearing it for 30 minutes or so several times a day to get use to it. It could definitely be worn all day though. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the sizing isn't very accurate. I measured before I bought a medium and had to return it for a large.

I have tried three similar products. The other two were hard to adjust, hurt my arms and were impossible to hide under my clothes. This one is AMAZING! I can adjust it easily while I'm wearing it to make sure I have the correct tension. It sits low enough on my back that you can't see it and it doesn't hurt my arms. If you are contemplating different options, this is the right one. Make sure to check your size too.
