First time using today- it worked great with a portable speaker system that has a microphone port for the jack adapter included and has separate mic volume control. I could also play my music on the speaker w/Bluetooth at the same time w/o interference. Very happy! Hope it lasts a while.

Great option for teacher teaching in front of large groups. Produces great sound, easy over your ears and is sturdy on your face. All is easy to use when it's working. I did have trouble connecting it to a speaker. I needed to purchase an additional adapter for my particular speaker. I still think this is a great option and will continue to teach with it.

When I first ordered the headset, it worked initially, but after the first few uses, I just could not get it to pair with the receiver properly again. So I emailed Bietrun's customer service to voice my displeasure as I realized I also just missed the return timeframe. A customer service rep replied back and said they can ship me a new headset, free of charge! This one works much better so that's why I am giving a 5-star rating, for their wonderful service. I use the headset to teach fitness classes and it is great! No more issues!

I needed something that went with my voice amplifier. I don't have room to lug around some huge speaker and receiver.

When I have to do a breakout session after a keynote there is usually no voice support so I use my voice amplifier but it had to go around my neck. It gets heavy after a while and a giant box around one's neck is not something that makes an outfit.

I wanted a wireless headset that worked with my amplifier while the speaker sat on a table. This is amazing and I love it. I know it's not beige but then beige would only go with my skin color and maybe not someone else's.

It worked when I tested the headset 20 feet from the speaker. Although I don't use it that way my husband was curious.

The headset is comfortable and easy to put together if you read the directions. I'm careful to dismantle it without wearing down the parts and I store it flat because I need to pack it often in an overnight bag. I just wanted a headset that worked with my amplifier and all together they don't take up much space and it works like a charm.

I had a 6-hour training and then a one-hour breakout next day. It lasted that whole time. The AV folks also tried plugging it into the main system and it did work but there was background noise and it worked fine and better as a solo system. I had to re-pair (not repair but pair with Bluetooth again) which meant holding down the plus button until the receiver (smaller plug-in device) blinked and I was good to go. The sound quality was far better than expected and it works for a room of 16-50 people. I didn't have it up all the way and had at least 2-3 notches to go for full volume.

I also liked that the charger is split. So I can charge both the receiver and the headset with one charger that goes into one usb slot. That is very handy.

I wear it along the back of my head. Easy to take on and off, too.

I'm a brain tumor survivor and radiation damaged my vagal nerve which means I have Vocal Cord Paresis. Translation: Of my two vocal cords one of them flapped like a loose sail until I had surgery but it's still not as strong as it was and I need voice support so I don't strain the one I do have. This helps a ton.

The company reached out and contacted me after I left my review the other day. They asked for my Amazon Order Number and address and then shipped a brand new microphone to me!!!! I received it last night, charged it and then used it today. That they took the initiative to contact me ups their rating to 5 stars. They are proactive and friendly and easy to work with.

This microphone is awesome and wonderful. If you read to the end of the original review, you will see that I say that. I love this microphone, my students love the clarity of it. I use it mainly on pool decks, both outside and inside, so the quality is key to my instructions being heard. This microphone does that.

I am very happy with this product. Thank you.

I purchased this wireless microphone from Amazon a year ago. I use it once or twice a week to teach a fitness class for an hour. About two month ago it stopped working. I was able to "re connect" the receiver and the mic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Mostly it will start working and then stop. I left the two pieces on to completely drain the battery. I recharged it and re connected it for my class today. It lasted 38 minutes before the mic died. I would think that the mic should last longer than 50 hours of usage over a 12 month period. Since teaching is how I make a living, I take very good care of my equipment. I have a padded case for it, it gets charged regularly, and it gets turned off and put away after every use.

I have tried to contact this company. There is no easy way at to contact them and no one picks up on their chat line. I am hoping that by leaving a one star review that they will reach out to me.

When this microphone works, it is awesome. All my students love it when I use this mic over the others that are at the facility where I teach. The sound quality is great, when it works.
