I have needed body pillows for years in order to sleep. I bought this one right around the time of my pregnancy and it's been my favorite body pillow. I like that it's a U shape to support my back. I also put the padding between my feet instead of using it as a head pillow as shown in the pictures. I had to order a new cover for it on Amazon because it ripped. The only negative comment I have is I feel it could use a little bit more stuffing. Overall I highly recommend it.

Over all this is a great pillow if you prefer soft pillows but I like firm pillows I find that a lot of these maternity pillows are super soft "pillow wise" I need firm pillows for my neck and such. In the middle of the night the stuffing in the pillow I found would move around to much and I would have to wake up to fluff up the pillow were my head would be because it would be completely flat every other hour. It is cooling it's not super hot I did end up returning this pillow because it wasn't for me I found it made my neck more sore and made my body ache from the soft pillow.

Well I'll never be pregnant but I like to sleep on my side/stomach and I like having support along my body. I also flip from one side to the other several times during the night so wanted support on either side. This is a good length for me (I'm 5'9") and the pillow case is comfortable. It wasn't firm enough for me so I did add foam material. I really like that there is zipper access into the pillow so I could add material or adjust it if it gets moved around. I'm replacing a pillow that didn't have that zipper and the material get moved out of the head area but I couldn't easily open it to add more or reposition it.

This pillow is very comfy. But where my arms rest, it goes flat and all the stuffing goes to the ends. It also gets in the way of me cuddling with my husband. I wish I would have gotten an L shaped pillow instead of this U shaped so that we had more room to be together in bed. But it does make me so much more comfortable on night when I need extra support.
