excellent product , it would be easier if you would install the arm that your hand the bike with before installing the main bar that goes on the wall, its a little tricky to install the hanger arms once the main rail is screwed into the wall studs.

I'm a real person. And... I had to hunt for the review button.. it's been awhile since I've left one! But I'm glad I am cause I want to tell everyone my experience. This is better than the advertising photos. I'm so proud of it. It's as lovely as i dreamed. I had to practice a way to get the bike up there and my husband helped me figure out an easy way. So. When you're ready to push the bike toward the wall to hoist it up, get BEHIND the bike, yes, behind, and put your knee at the back of the seat and use your knee safely at the rear of the seat to cause the bike to rear up like a horse haha on its back wheel in one smooth easy motion. Then it's upright and 100% easier!! to lift up to the rack hook. I couldn't do it any other way but that way was nearly easy. Practice and you'll get it. It's a stunning rack imo.
