The boards were great; my concern was how they might get abused in shipping. The seller goes over and above in wrapping and padding, so the boards arrived in perfect condition. I definitely will purchase more.

This is exactly as advertised,
dimensions included. I knocked one star off though, and probably because of my own naivety or too high of expectations. One of these two boards was much darker than the other. I use this wood along with a set of dark walnut for checkerboard cutting boards. With that one dark board I won't get the contrast I was hoping for. These are just for gifts, I dont sell them or anything , so it's not like it's impacting my livelihood. The end result is just not going be as perfect as I'd hoped for. But, it's luck of the draw.

Boards are better than I expected. Late delivery but worth waiting for.

The wood had been roughly planed and arrived pretty flat. No major defects.
I waited a couple of months to allow for additional drying and both pieces warped (sides high by about 1/8"). Not easy to flatten by hand - I'll make it work.
Buying wood online is expensive and kind of hit or miss. This was an ok buy.
