im using them for a project here at amazon, im changing out all the old reach tools for these, there light weight and sturdy. and they give my AAs an extra reach capabilities, plus give them more space to avoid getting hit by a falling box .now just need 100 more.

The short version. The product looks outstanding. The pad that slides on the handle is very convenient. Being fiberglass is a plus. The finish is outstanding. And it fits in the trunk of my Honda. My only advice is when you extend it.... Don't fully extend any of the links. Get close to the end, but leave a little of the tube still inside the bigger tube. . That way the pressure is on the tube and not at the end of the joint. When fully extended there can be some weight at the end. I made the mistake of putting too much pressure on the Pole's connectors and had one crack, but (see below)

So I left my original review and the seller saw what I had written and sent me a brand new one, no questions asked. Customer service was awesome and the company is A+! Not many companies would do that. I will definitely buy from them again. They are willing to back up their products, even after the Amazon return window has closed. I can't speak for what they would do for anyone else, but I will say that this is good business.
