Honestly, the egg bites from this thing are outstanding.
As an added bonus..the lid/cover is also made of silicone...which means it CAN go into the Instant Pot/pressure cooker...unlike some of the others that are for "storing" only. Really? How pointless is that? And who the heck wants to wrap foil over their egg bite molds every time they want to use them?
No thanks.
These simply work. As described, AND the cover can handle the IP/pressure cooker environment.
And cleaning them is "stoopid" easy.
These alone are almost worth justifying an IP purchase. No really, those little "bites" can be filled with all sorts of things.
Yes, the Starbucks egg bites are apparently cooked sous vide. Yes, that too is possible at home. I also have an Anova... First off, doing these sous vide doesn't fundamentally change anything. Second, it's a MUCH bigger hassle to do these at home that way. The IP/pressure cooker is perfect for making them at home. (With much less effort.)
I've purchased two so far. One for me and one to keep at the GF's house...and one son also got one after my experience and loves it as well. Highly recommended.

The distinction between a kitchen 'gadget' and 'tool' can be related to kitsch vs. function, and how often you use it. These look like something out of a kids playset. But ... this design performs brilliantly. The handles, the size of the cups, right down to the tabs on the lid that help maintain a seal while steaming in the I stand pot. Kids now reaching for egg bites rather than bags of chips. Easy to use, easy to clean up, or just throw in the dishwasher. These little trays are absolutely kitchen tools that you will use over and over again, and add even more versatility to your instant pot.

These "egg bite molds" are easy to use and easy to clean. They are a bit floppy when filled especially using the built in silicone handle so I tend to spill a little of the filling while I'm dropping these into the InstaPot. It's also super convenient that there's a built in trivet in the bottom of one unit.
The fourteen spots each hold a more than one large egg each. I add ham, bacon, cheese, etc directly into each position then beat a dozen large eggs and pour the beaten eggs into each spot and stir with a chopstick, which is about perfect. There's zero detectable taste for me from the silicone. I do wish the spots were larger, I tend to eat two of the cooked product per meal. I also cook these for 10 mins on the steam selection.
I reheat these at full power in the microwave for 30 seconds, turn the egg bites over and heat for another 30 seconds, then let them rest for 60 seconds.

Pros - absolutely non-stick. I steamed my egg bites in the Ninja Foodi and the bites popped right out without even spraying the molds with oil ahead of time. Washing the molds is more of a formality than a necessity.
My one gripe is that they don't hold very much. I was hoping for something that I could make 100g egg bites in and these really only hold about 50g per cup, which is the equivalent of just one large egg.
In my photo, the egg bites on the left were 75g of exx mixture per cup and you can see how much they overflowed during the cooking process. The bites on the right were made with 50g mixture per cup and the came out just about perfect.
