Ive tried plenty of proteins shake since have VSG in 2017, some either have a bad after taste, or gritty, or just simple do not dissolve good. however this shake is Great with either water, Oat milk, Hemp milk, or almond milk you simply can not go wrong. I'm not a big sweets person but this is just right all around. if you was on the fence about giving it a try , grab it! Its similar to GNC Carmel shake but more for your money, who wants to spend 50$ for 17 serv when you can get 27/28 for 30 bucks! Def will buy again or put on auto ship

There is no after taste and has a great flavor. 24g of protein which I thought was good. Haven't tried any other flavors so this is only based on the chocolate s'mores flavor.
