I needed a cheap replacement for the similar 3 year old office chair I had purchased from staples, that was peeling all over my floor. Not sure how long this one will last before it starts to do the same, so I purchased extended warranty just incase. I'm in my chair every day, 10 -12 hours most of the time these days due to career related disabilities.

Purchased one on sale for US $100. This is your basic no frills mid-back office chair. Durability will depend on use but on first glance, it is of average to good construction. Please note that my unit had no instructions for assembly included, however, I have put these together before, and it was fairly simple to figure out. We will see how it last in a long term.

I would call this a 3/4 sized chair. I have (2) other high back office chairs. This one the back comes up to below the top of my shoulder where the others com up to the top of my neck. When I lean back, there is nothing supporting my neck or head.
This is also a lot narrower than the other chairs. Sitting all the way back, the front of the seat is about 3/4 of the way out on my thigh.
I will not be spending long hours in this chair. Maybe 2 or 3 hours a month. So it should be OK. If I was going to use this as my all day chair, no, I would not be happy. I am not sure of the 300 pound rating either. My two other chairs are rated for that and they both have all metal bases. This one is plastic.
I may update this review after I have used it for a while to see how well it holds up,
