I happen to have Multiple Sclerosis so I use these poles for stability during walking. They do the job while looking good. I do travel & need to collapse and extend them quickly. The easy flip latches make that adjustment so easy! It comes with assorted feet for different surfaces. I use the snow feet for sand on the beach. I can now go anywhere!
