If I could give these 10 stars I would! I'm on at least my 4th set and have bought extra just in case they're discontinued. It's a testament to how good the actual headphones are.
When installing, use the tip of the included tool, work the ring around the edge until you hear the first "click", then you're home free. It's all about the click, you'll know it when you hear it.
