Seems to reduce discomfort in my thumb and radially along my wrist. The strap that goes around the thumb is to long so I will need to shorten it. Have been using only a couple of days so need to see long term how it does.

It's kind of big and bulky. I just use it to sleep. I have both carpal tunnel and arthritis in my thumb. It fits well. It keeps my wrist and thumb in the proper position. It's comfortable. It's affordable.
