I cooked these for 10 minutes in my microwave, then they were soft enough to cut. Then I smashed them to the consistency of a mashed potato and applied onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to them before cooking 10 more minutes in an air fryer at 400 degrees. These taste amazing!
