Easy to set up, the pulley is smooth, and the weight swings way less than expected when using controlled reps. All components are well built. Included hand straps are a little uncomfortable to grip. I'd recommend also purchasing a rope, v or straight bar in addition to this product.

For those of you looking for an inexpensive lat pulley system, this is probably the best one available... Including the Spud Incorporated system sold on professional equipment sites.
This system, if it is only rated for 300 lbs, is still plenty for the average user. I plan to install it on my rogue RM - 4 power rack, and have already tested it with 80 lb. The Pully works smoothly, looks attractive and seems to be very sturdy.
