I bought these to prep a bunch of breakfast sandwiches. I didn't want the nonstick coating so I got these. If you preheat the pan and rings, and spray with cooking oil they are really good about not sticking, I cook about 30 egg patties in a row and only have a few little pieces stick here and there, mostly they slide out easily, and rarely one leaks a little. Perfect size for English muffins.
Egg muffin here I come.
