Great printer, nothing to do with Prusa
Heath Wells✓ Verified PurchaseNovember 4, 2023
Got this printer about a month ago. I am impressed with the quality and print area.
I feel like the manufacturer should just state that this is an off-brand Creality CR-10 version 2. After looking around I have found if you look at the part numbers, the pictures, it is a CR-10.
If you want to shift to the direct drive and the automatic bed leveler, get them from Creality. I have ordered them, about $100, I will update once I install.
The one thing I would tell everyone, the first thing you will end up doing to make your prints work better is make an enclosure. Additionally, if you are in the states, after watching the (quite good) assembly video, look in the back for the switch to make it work with 110. That took me 20 minutes.

Update: I have had the printer for about 4 months now...I still like it.
They have upgraded the version to the 1.1, which features the direct drive extruder, which is a good add. It gets rid of the white tube (Bowden Tube) you see in some of the pictures. That makes it better for PETG and flex filament.
I have also found that you can order and get a WIFI board for $40, which I like. This is because one of the upgrades they put in is the Robin Nano 1.2 mainboard. That is a definite plus, even if you never get in to the internals.
I will also add with the direct drive, if you are printing with PLA, you do not need an enclosure. Two things I do recommend now: Get a 18" square paver from big box hardware. Then get some sort of rubber pad (I had a leftover exercise mat) Put them under the printer and the noise drops to almost nothing and your prints improve. Second, build yourself a sturdy table. You can see mine in the picture, made from some 2X4s and a half sheet of OSB. It is super nice to have a place for printer stuff and a light.
As far as negatives, I have two. The first is that 3D printing is Artisanal, which is an industry thing. Expect to have to learn a lot in order to print, fiddle with it, and lose 1/2 to 2/3 of your prints as you are figuring it out. So do not buy this (or any) 3D printer and think you are going to just start whipping out prints. It is not a laser printer. The second negative is that with all the great parts they put in this printer, the Z axis motors are cheap. Not horrible, but you can tell, especially if you try big prints. Then again, be prepared to spend a lot more if you want all high quality parts.
1 year review, vs ender 3v2

Pros: large volume, quiet operation, decent quality prints, open source.
Cons: slow, several consumable parts were really low quality (nozzle, bowden tube, and thermistor all needed replacement almost immediately out if box).
My secondary printer: primary is an ender 3v2. ea This one is soooo quiet i often forget I've left it running, whereas one can clearly hear the ender through walls and closed doors at opposite end of the house. Print quality is very nearly on par with stock ender 3. Actual print times average some 20~25% longer than on ender 3, although I've had slightly less luck dialing in overhangs and support settings than i did with the ender 3.
All things said it's not uncommon that the deciding factor on which printer I'll opt for is decided by preference of speed or quiet.
Highly recommended. Great quality so far!

I was extremely surprised with this printer! The price led me to believe it was a bit of a gamble, but boy did it pay off. Delivery was prompt and painless as the printer was packed extremely well. The printer assembly was fun and only took an hour. The video instructions were fairly easy to follow (I giggled a few times at the vague nature of the video, but it worked) and it prints absolutely great out of the box. It feels sturdy, the touch screen is incredibly responsive, and for a no-name/unknown brand, the included features are fantastic and plentiful. I'm sure I'm going to love this 3d printer for a long time to come.

There are two main points which I think could be improved for future use:
1. Cable management is mostly excellent, considering a lot of it is hidden within the frame. However, I would have liked the extruder+hotend cabling to be a little better managed as it currently just hangs loose, and I think if you're unlucky it could catch somewhere and cause issues. I hung my hotend cabling from the top frame with a cable tie to fix any potential catching issues. The heated bed cables also could do with being directed away from the Y-axis limit switch/stepper motor at the back of the printer. Again, I fixed this issue with a cable tie, holding the heated bed cables against the edge of the power supply at the back of the printer, ensuring the cables don't catch on anything. Hardly a big issue as long as you know what to look for in cable management.

2. The touch screen is great, but I would like to see some more intuitive features built in - this is entirely possible in a firmware update, which I hope to see in the future. I would like to see a ''hold'' feature for functions like moving the X/Y/Z axis, as opposed to pressing the button repeatedly to move the bed from the back to the front, or to lift the hotend up. I would also like to see some preset functions like ''Preheat PLA'' that can preheat the bed and extruder to preset temps, rather than repeatedly press the + button to raise temperature in increments for both the nozzle and bed separately.

To top it off, the seller is responsive and seems to genuinely want to make the customers happy. Big thumbs up from me, all round great experience which I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
Great printer! (Updated)

The media could not be loaded. This is my 3rd printer. I have a longer orange 30 resin and an ender 3. I must say this printer has become my favorite. The large build plate is amazing. I was sceptical of this printer as I am not familiar with the brand and since it is relatively new, there is not much of a community out there yet.
The build was kind of challenging. They do include a manual and video for the build on the included sd card, but there were still some gray areas. I have never had much luck using glass build plates, but this one was great , no tape or glue was needed. I purchased a magnetic build plate, but have not installed it yet as the glass is working so well. The machine is very quiet. The direct drive awesome and works well. They did change the filament holder to the standard frame type. They were using a stand alone plastic type.. the printer is so big, that I was worried about where to put the spool holder, lol.
My first print was the inluded rabbit on the sd card. It was nearly perfect. I needed to tighten the build plate belt and adjust the build plate wheels. The next print was perfect!
I would definitely recommend this printer. I do plan on adding the auto level feature. They have even added the firmware update that enables this on the sd card.
As mentioned the build was kind of challenging. If you take your time and be able to think a little bit on your own, you will be fine. This is not a quick build kit.. the function and build size more than makes up for this!

UPDATE-. Still loving this printer! Toauto has great customer care. They have answered every question I have asked within a few hours. When asked how to install the BL touch sensor, they sent ma a full video and firmware update ( the firmware bid also on the included sd card).
They sent me a full roll of filament within seven days of registration on their Facebook page. I even received an envelope last week with a bunch of nozzles and some extra screws, which was a total surprise!
The video attached is the BL touch bracket being printed out.
Great printer for the money. Fantastic customer service too!

First off, this is the 15th printer I have worked with, so I have a lot of experience with 3D printers, and so far I have loved this printer. It's quite large and pretty reliable, and with a little knowledge under your belt, it is very user friendly. I so far have printed in PLA, PETG, and TPU with great success with all of them.
I have printed both huge 2+kg prints, and tiny detailed parts, all with great success.
A few things of note before you buy this though...
1. Get yourself a sheet of PEI to print on. It makes getting prints to stick very easy compared to other methods. If you use binder clips to keep it on, taking off stubborn prints (yes, it sticks that well) can be much easier.
2. The set-up videos didn't match some of the updated parts (direct drive extrusion and a few other parts), but combined with the included picture directions, the set up was not difficult. If this is your first printer though, expect to have to do a little problem solving to get the parts on correctly.
3. I got a nice bonus gift of 1kg of filament, that all I needed to do for it was contact the manufacturer.
4. I had an issue with my hot end oozing plastic out of a connection, which lead to a number of failed prints until I figured out the issue. After contacting the manufacturer, they sent me a brand new hot end which works great! I think the original issue was caused by something I accidentally loosened while building the printer.

Overall, this printer is fantastic so far and totally worth the money if you're comfortable with a little tinkering and some potential struggles in the beginning. If you're looking for something that is plug-and-play though, expect to spend much more.
