when my son managed to get a splinter (A SPLINTER) in his mouth from chewing pencils into pieces, I knew we needed help. There were also holes in the tops of his shirts from chewing. He has extreme ADHD and anxiety, but he didn't want something babyish to use, since he's 11. This dragon necklace looks natural for a boy his age, but the tough material (I would say Kong-like for you dog lovers) keeps him from breaking his teeth or getting splinters, but helps him concentrate. I couldn't be happier, and I will be buying more.

Its a little too hard for my teeth and the binds on the underside rub my tongue raw, however it has the perfect weight to be used as a one handed fidget I can twirl around my fingers. So, I can still be use it, just not for it's Initial purpose.

The chew itself is pretty rugged. I have a strong chewer here and it's still intact when others quickly have pieces taken off them. Onky problem is that I had a complaint it smelled and she didnt want to use it. Tried washing it a couple times by hand with dish detergent and it helped for the most part, but it is still frequently left behind for others due to the smell (which hopefully will fade as I'm sure it's from manufacturing and being packaged).

I bought this for myself because I have trouble with sensory issues and clenching my jaw too much so I got this to use discreetly at work or in my home. I've had this product for months now and the dragon shape still is on there and whenever I chew on it it just reverts back to its normal shape as if nobody would ever know. I'm 21 and I didn't have any problems with it breaking. I actually want to buy more munchable products because I was pleasantly surprised with the quality!
