I measured and the product measurements are exactly what they say. If the swelling in my knee ever goes down then I'll be happy because it will be easier to put the sleeve on. I've used it once since having surgery a week ago and I was barely able to get it to the top of my incision. And it barely cleared the incision wound. But once on it was very tight and had a strangle hold on my knee. There was no way it was going to leak. Hopefully it will loosen up some after continued use.
It worked but be careful when putting it on!

I ordered this after my knee surgery for the shower. I'm 44 years old, 5'1" and 130 lbs. I don't have giant thighs and it fit great but my foot caught on the rubber and it took a little chunck off the rubber off the very first time I tried it on. I needed to shower so I flipped it and put that on the bottom in case it leaked. It did not leak even with the little chunk removed. I think my toe nail snagged it or something. So just be gentle with it and careful so you don't have to return it and get a new one when you really want to shower with a knee injury. It was snug on my quad but not too snug. Just right! And same with my calf. Good price good product just put it on carefully!

I'm a fat ass, and I worried the neoprene might tear at the upper thigh, or that the stitching would fall apart. So far, it's holding up great and keeping the knee replacement dressing dry while I shower or use the hot tub. Nice!

So just got knee repair surgery and it was long enough to finally get to take a shower. I got this item and was excited to use it but it is small. Never thought that having a measuring tape to measure my thighs would be something i needed. Long story short, it was tight, very tight. I basically had to cut the seal around my thigh with some nail clippers cause it was cutting off the circulation and my leg was starting to swell after just 25 minutes of use. But hey it kept my bandages dry, it did its job. Trying to put it on when you live alone though was a challenge especially since you can't bend your leg. Next time i'll probably just use some trash bags and duct tape and save myself a little money.
