Before anything else I say, this is the most important: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS ON EACH CHAIR BEFORE YOU HAVE THEM ALL IN AND ONLY GIVEN A COUPLE TURNS. That is VERY important. You will need the wiggle room to fully match up all the holes properly. I am fully convinced that those complaining about holes not matching up did not leave all the bolts loose enough at first.

Now with that being said, I absolutely love this set. Yes it's cheap. You're going to get what you paid for. I had the choice of spending $800 on a set that looked very similar at a local store. Although I know it was built a little better, I wasn't going to spend that much. This set is an excellent value for the slightly less in quality, but it still seems like I should get a few years use out of it. The supports for the seat are what I was most disappointed in, being they are only a few twisted ropes of the same stuff the plastic wicker seems to be made of, with the woven plastic wicker on top. It seems strong enough, says will hold 350 pounds, so we'll see.

It arrived in 2 boxes, at the same time. My son put them together with an occasional extra hand by me, but could easily be assembled by one person. It took about half an hour for all 3 items. The cushions do seem a little "slippery" but I think a couple squares of velcro underneath will take care of that. I also plan to buy covers for the chairs to protect from the sun and weather.

It's very comfortable, perfect size for my patio. We've had it less than a day, assembling it as soon as it arrived late this afternoon. If there's a change in my opinion due to problems, I'll definitely update.

Love the quality, especially for the price. The convenience of the ottomans sliding under the chairs is awesome, delivered as promised. Color is as pictured.

There was slight damage to one of the chairs from shipping which was not Pamapic's fault. I contacted them and they resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Their customer service is outstanding.

First. I got a notice it was delivered. Nothing was at my front door. I wake up in the morning to go to work and what do I see my two boxes sitting in my driveway sprinklers have soaked the box and crickets are all around it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, but that wasn't the companies fault. Putting it together some of the screws don't align. I've seen multiple people complain about that. My boyfriend found a way to put the screws in one of the chairs by cutting the wicker where the screws were suppose to go in. So far so good. The chairs look very nice once put together and are very roomy for my boyfriend who is 6"4 we love the footrest.

And looks great, little bit challenging to assemble, but so is life!! Very comfortable and this was our second purchase for these folks
