Zalman reached out and offered to refund my purchase. Very happy to see them stand behind their products while making right any customer issues. Zalman might not be the big dog of pc stuff, but they seem to care about customer satisfaction, so they go from 3 star to 4 star

I would not recommend using the included fans, the frame is 120mm but the fan itself is more like a 90mm.
Motherboard stand off threads were pretty rough, some where placed just far enough off to not be used without risking damage to the motherboard and some where drilled at an angle.
There is no opening on the top for the CPU power cables so you need long PSU cables.
Its made of very thin metal, so be careful not to twist it up.

The biggest pro to this case is that it is cheap. Cons if your gonna install an aftermarket tower cooler your gonna have to do it before you install the motherboard because the cutout on the motherboard trey won't line up with the mounting holes for the cpu cooler. Also there is no cutout at the top of the motherboard trey for the cpu power connector so your gonna have to run power across the top of your motherboard hopefully your cable is long enough. Depending on the cooler you use you might not be able to install a fan in the fan location above the cpu cooler.But after all that the airflow is good the case although cheap does look good the tint on the acrylic side panel looks good.

This was used in my first ever pc build, it fit everything I needed, great room for cable management, and the two built in fans saved me tons of money when I built it and would say this is one of the best bang for your buck pc cases.

Case didn't ship until almost 2 weeks later then expected but when it did arrive the box was busted open and taped shut plus the 120mm rear fan wire was clean cut with no connector attached or in the box. Also, the back of the case was dented so bad I had to use a pliers to straighten it up. Overall it wasn't a good experience due to shipping damages. But when I took a look inside the case I was a little impressed on the design for a budget case!
