A little pricey for 150$, but I haven't had any issues with it. Do read the instructions before you start using it, you'll need to do a drain cycle test as it mentions in the manual. Cold water is cold, hot water is hot. Overall satisfied with my purchase, better than paying monthly for Ready Refresh in my opinion.

This is a really useful water dispenser. I bought it to replace an igloo unit I had for about 6 years that worked well until a month ago when it stopped cooling water. I read some of the reviews of this cooler but luckily I did not have any of the problems like smell or leaking that others gave mentioned. I do make sure to unpack it and leVe it upright for 4-6 hours before starting the detailed startup instructions. It does a nice job with cold water and it comes out at a good rate. It is very quiet when cooling water. If you are filling water bottles with this you do have to be careful that you line up the spigot with the bottle. If filling a glass it is no problem. I have not used the hot water since I am only interested in cold water and it is very refreshing and no problems with taste. I would recommend this highly, at least for the month I have used it.
