Unlike the product picture examples, my CPAP mask has the tubing coming out of the top of my head, but it still works great because the pressure of the straps on my face is no longer a problem. Definitely stays cool, the neck support is also really good. I do have neck issues and I don't wake up in pain or stiff; after years of test driving all kinds of pillows for my neck problems, the fact that I was able to find one that also accommodates the CPAP situation is like a small miracle. It was an investment, but completely worth it in my case, seems like it worked for lots of other folks as well!

I liked the idea, and the overall design, but it was so darn hard that I had to stop using it. It was like sleeping on a very hard floor like surface to me. I lke a nice memory foam like pillow and this is not even remotely like that. I still have it. I know i should have returned it, but I threw out the box.
