Sturdy and comfortable

Bought this for my 91 yo mom who needs a little assistance with balance. This keeps her walking upright, which is good for her back and gait. It's sturdy and comfortable and feels safe. On a recent shopping trip my mom was able to sit and be comfortably wheeled around through the maze of IKEA. While it is portable (anything is portable if you have appropriate storage capacity) it requires the entire back seat of my CRv when we travel. I'm a 62 yo woman in relatively great shape and it's somewhat heavy. Overall I like it and so does my mom.
GREAT

I have had a standard waker for over a yearr and this is far supior. I am standing up instead of bending over. I
I was always putting on the barkes to keep from fallimg. Now ii stand up . It is better for my legs and back. Wish I had bought it sooner.
Look on you tube for instructions.

Great for pavement, not so much in grass. Took me a couple of attempts to find the really best adjustments, but worth it. Great to be able to walk around the park again. Be mindful of your situation at all times.
Not as heavy as it looks

I ordered an upright because I got tired of looking at the floor when I was walking. I assembled it myself and it was a pretty simple job. I didn't have to adjust the wheel braking at all. The hand brakes, that is the handles, are a little tight and I will probably experiment with untightening the bolts through the handles. The product appears to be brand new, untouched, but there is a sticker on the box that says it is a returned item. Also, there was a printed note in the box that said something like "Thank you for giving me another life". I was not aware that I was to receive an opened box return. I thought I was getting a brand new never opened item. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why it was returned. This really is a brand new item.
I live in a very large, 1400 resident, independent living apartment complex. Tonight I used the upright instead of my regular rollator to walk down to the mail room ( 1/4 mile, each way, all indoors). My only complaint is that after about 5 minutes I started to feel pressure on the muscles above my shoulder blades. I'm guessing that it's just the new use of those muscles and that the distress will go away as the muscles strengthen. Walking was easier, I was able to have a normal stride and my quadriceps in my thighs did not get as tired as when I was bent over using the normal rollator. I am also concerned about stability if, somehow, I should lose my balance and tip sideways. The unit is pretty tall, all the settings except for the wheel support heights are at maximum length. That raises the center of gravity. Those little projections on the rear wheels to aid the lifting of the front to go over bumps is a good idea. I found it useful a couple of times. But mostly, one has to be aware of where one is going and not plunge headlong into a big bump.
After several more days of use, I am pleased to say that the discomfort in my shoulder blades did subside, and surprisingly, when standing at rest without the walker, I'm finding it easier to pull my body into an erect position. Unfortunately, it's only temporary; I still need the rollator to walk. Oh, I have an observation for the person who said the brake handles don't lock. As I said above, I found them very tight, but they do move. You have to push them away from you, towards the front, using the heel of your hand. I tried loosening the screws, but they are extremely tight and I don't want to strip the screwdriver slots. I'm going to try a small spray of WD40 oil. That's a very minor flaw. The unit is really worthy of the 5 stars I am now giving it.
Seems solidly built

Very sturdy. Assembly was straightforward and easy. Time will tell how durable it is.
