I replaced a rented water dispenser with this one. It is a fine value, dispenses both water cool enough for beverages cold and hot enough to brew tea. The faucets are smaller than others I've had , so dispense water at a slower rate but it is quite adequate. I would recommend it to friends. It also fits in to my farmhouse kitchen.

i drink a lot of water and don't care for the taste of the local water. I have had water coolers for 40 years. I like this one but it does seem to have a safety feature that slows the flow of water. I don't think I would have chosen this one if I had known this ahead of time. Other than that it is great. It arrived only about 2 days after I ordered it and they had said it would be a week or 10 days. That was a nice bonus.
