Lost count of how many items we reviewed, for stainless steel pans, that Did Not list the grade of stainless steel, but this company did. By doing so, it showed us the company is is being candid about the quality of their product. Each pan (2) came in a separate plastic bag, then put into a bubble wrap bag, to protect the finish. Hand washed them and impressed with the weight. No sharp edges either.
The zero, after the 18, indicates 0% nickel in the SS. One website said zero nickel cannot protect the item from stains entirely. We have very expensive SS cookware that has stains, so this isn't an issue. Besides, how many things retain the look for very long after they were originally purchased? Probably zero. We started making our own pizza, so these pans will get alot of use. (Husband has fond memories growing up of a pizza place that made the Best pizza that was rectangular in shape, not round).
Will purchase products from this company in the future.

These small baking sheets were exactly what I was looking for. Regular-sized cookie sheets or biscuit pans were too big for the small number of biscuits I make for my husband and me. I wanted something small enough to hold just 4-6 biscuits and these were perfect. Being made of stainless steel makes clean-up easy and they are maintaining their color and finish. So far I have used them multiple times and the max baking temperature I have used them at is 425° with no warping noticed. These pans are quite sturdy and maintain their shape quite well. I do not forsee any problems with their ability to keep their shape. I am using them in a regular oven and am really pleased with this purchase. If I ever need more I will certainly purchase this product again. I may buy some more just to ahve them on hand!
