I am very happy with this product. I had searched everywhere including Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. Most sellers offer carpet runners, with the spikes on the bottom. This is a flat bottom for wood floors. I just refinished my almost 60 year old original hardwood floors and want to keep them pristine. But I have made a couple of rooms into bird rooms for my parrots. These are what I put down to keep the floors clean and tidy. Any food and poops drop on here, and it is very easy to clean. Vacuum first, and then mop up. And for more intense cleaning, once per month, take them outside, roll them loosely, and soak them in a big enough tub with some Dawn, to get them really clean. Let them air dry and they are good to go.
My purposes aside, these are great runners for any wood floor for any other reasons as well. Very durable, and they flatten out rather easily.

Works great! Easy cuttable, lays flat. Used this to cover my hard wood floors where my disabled dog uses the bathroom. He can't seem to stay on the pad so this protects the side wall and floor extended beyond the pad. I use this under my kittens litter box too! Would recommend! Easy to wipe clean thin but to too thin. Would recommend!

Not really a dislike, but it was about 32' long instead of the 25' it was supposed to be. I put it down so the grand children can jump out of the pool and run through the house to the bathroom without getting the floor wet on the way. When they leave I just roll it up and put it away. Works great
