Got this for my 14yr old son. He recently started kickboxing classes. So far it's held up well, it's a lot of fun for everyone to use. It's not hard to assemble, I filled with water to make it easier to move. Have not had any problems with it being knocked over, but then we aren't MMA pros going at it either.

The size is a good fit for a small indoor space.I discovered that it was better to use garden landscspe 'pea pebbles' rather than water or sand as a base weight to stabilize the unit. The bag provides a good resistance & aerobic workout.

The media could not be loaded. This was an amazing but. No regrets. I originally put water in it. But it really needs sand in it to really work how you want it. Besides water freaks me out and I'm gone come home to all my electronics and carpet ruined. (It can take alot of water!!) the suction cups leave me desiring but it doesn't really need it if you buy a carpet under it I found. I love the padding and durability. I keep the leather oiled so it doesn't wear and crack n still looks brand new months later.
The customer service representatives were amazing help and compassionate towards me and my issue with the water.
I highly recommended if in the market to consider this companies product solely based on product opinion & and customer service care. In my mind they are above the rest regarding timeliness and effective support if ANYTHING happens or your unsatisfied. But I've beaten the 💩 out mine everyday and I still cant slump em!.

I bought this for my 13 year old who is now interested in boxing. He is the one who picked this particular punching bag out. It's big yet small enough to fit in his room. He uses it everyday since we got it. If using sand to fill up it takes a bit more than 30 lbs. we also have not use the suction cups because we have carpet in our bedrooms but just in case we move it out the room, I have kept them.
